Rules of the rescue

Six rules pinned to the carrier door. Each comes with a plain-words version, because nobody enjoys small print.

1. This site shows, the partner store sells

   The pages here describe ScruffaLuvs pets and link to our listings at a partner store. Any purchase is a contract between you and that store, under their terms of sale.

   In short: We are the catalogue. They are the till.

2. Prices move

   Prices are copied from the partner store when we update the site and may be out of date by the time you read them. The amount at their checkout is the one that applies.

   In short: Trust the checkout, not our page.

3. Surprises are surprises

   Mystery packs contain one of several pets. Photos show examples, and the pet you reveal can be a different one from the same pack.

   In short: You may not get the one in the picture.

4. Orders live with the store

   Delivery, returns, refunds, replacements and warranty are handled by the partner store. We answer questions about the pets themselves.

   In short: Order problem? Their order page.

5. Words and pictures are ours

   The ScruffaLuvs name, logo, photos and text may not be reused for commercial purposes without permission. Reviews are quoted from our listings and belong to their authors.

   In short: Please do not copy the site.

6. We keep this honest and current

   We describe our pets as carefully as we can and correct mistakes when we find them. These rules can change, and the date below shows the latest version.
