You pay there, choose a delivery speed there, and get the delivery estimate there. Their checkout shows the costs and the places they deliver to.

They pack the carrier, hand it to a courier and send you tracking by email. Your order page on their site always has the latest status.

The pet arrives sealed in its carrier, still scruffy. Keep the insert: the adoption certificate is part of it.
